As a data scientist at Forrester Research, Nicole focuses on understanding the key drivers behind consumers’ behaviors. She works extensively with Forrester’s mobile and tablet behavioral data, where she is responsible for translating behavioral data into customer insights by merging the findings with other data sources, such as Forrester’s Consumer Techographics® surveys and ConsumerVoices Market Research Online Community. Nicole also supports the Data Insights team in developing new, proprietary methodologies, analytics, and frameworks by using her advanced analytics experience to engage in thought leadership about marketing science.
