Niels is based in InSites Consulting’s New York office. He runs consulting projects for leading global brands e.g. MasterCard, Coca-Cola, Dannon, Pernod-Ricard. His motto is “innovate if relevant” – as too often we focus on technology not humans. Niels has a strong academic background as a marketing professor at the Vlerick Business School and an ISBM Research Fellow at PennState University. Niels is a frequent speaker at international conferences and a Council member of Esomar. His research was awarded several times and published in leading scientific journals e.g. Journal of Marketing, Journal of Services Research and Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science.
