Noah Roychowdhury brings 20 years of global business experience to Northstar. At Northstar he is responsible for developing new approaches, starting new offices and generating partnerships with academia and think tanks. He widely published and is the current holder of the MRS 2014 International Research Award. He shares his time between offices in Jakarta and London. Previously he was one of the youngest directors in the UK Cabinet Office responsible for multimillion pound social marketing campaigns. He has also worked with WPP across agencies and markets. He is an alumnus of London Business School.

She is acknowledged for the ability to build a leading research organization and produce actionable insights utilizing innovative techniques across all forms of research from innovative brand/shopper tracking and advertising, customer satisfaction to development studies which provide actionable insights into improving the customer experience. She has expertise across a variety of industries including travel and tourism, automotive, consumer electronics and consumer packaged goods, including a successful record of leading both qualitative and quantitative research projects in complex, multi-cultural international environments. She is an alumnus of the Masters of International Business Studies at the University of South Carolina.
