This presentation will explore the different roles that social media play in gathering feedback and insight from different audiences for different use cases. Market research has to adapt as the dynamics of the audiences change and the markets evolve. Increasingly, research activities need to deliver a more holistic view of the market, and this includes customer and employee views as well as consumer opinions. Social media can play a role in broadening the perspective of research in many different ways, and this presentation will explore some of these.

Prior to this role, he had responsibility for Marketing and Business Development at mobile app specialist The App Garden and before that held senior executive roles in product management, marketing, sales and operations at global customer experience leader SDL. His track record also includes leadership and stretches over more than thirty years at high-growth software companies, such as Racal-Redac, Informix Software and SupportSoft. During this time, he has worked with many global enterprises to solve complex business issues with innovative software solutions. Terry was listed as a 2014 Technology Trendsetter by Survey Magazine.
