This interest is fulfilled in Ron’s role of heading R&D and innovation at Infotools. And in the spirit of pioneering, he has booked a flight into space with Virgin Galactic. Ron’s other interests include driving sports cars, rock concerts, philosophy, and science and technology.

He’s also managed business intelligence teams at Microsoft Xbox and led the consulting practice at International Development Group, a boutique agency catering to the needs of the interactive entertainment industry. Jason blogs frequently on the market research industr, and serves as an advisor to researchers and game industry professionals.

Tom is Managing Partner & Head of Consumer Consulting Boards at InSites Consulting, in charge of InSites’ global activities in terms of community research: thought leadership, steering innovation and business development. Tom has given more than 200 speeches all around the world at major international marketing, research and technology conferences. He is co-author of ‘The Consumer Consulting Board’ and published over 60 white papers, articles in academic journals (a.o. IJMR, MISQ), business books and trade magazines. Tom was awarded for his work multiple times. Next to his work at InSites Consulting, Tom is guest lecturer at the Vlerick Business School (Belgium) & TiasNimbas (the Netherlands) and Adjunct Professor at IESEG School of Management (France) & EHSAL Management School (Belgium). He is also Co-founder & President of the research association BAQMaR and on the board of several other organizations.
