Panel: The Benefits of Getting Closer to Customers

Customer Centricity is a business essential today. Market Research and Insight Departments should be the group leading this initiative; after all they know the company’s customers better than anyone. This panel discussion will cover three important areas of this challenge before opening the floor for comments and questions. These are:

1. How can we get closer to our customers and better understand their unarticulated needs?
2. How can we support innovation to develop the products our customers desire tomorrow rather than just today?
3. How can market research and insight departments become the customer champions to lead customer centric initiatives?

It should be a lively discussion, so come and join in, whether you are agency or client side. Together we all want and will achieve customer closeness.
